I believe that clients should be made aware of what to expect and not expect when initiating litigation and when engaging my services.  I do my best to inform the client what may and may not happen in a case and what the possible outcomes may be.  It is my job to represent the client and his or her interests as best I can, while always taking into consideration how best to minimize litigation expenses in accomplishing the same.  It is my goal to always return the client's phone calls promptly and personally.  In my experience, my present and former clients appreciate my candidness and honesty in hiring my services.
