Mr. Masuda is a newly hired attorney on a restraining order case. It's been about a month so far. We have sent him certified emails, called the office left a message about the email, and today is the 3rd day and he still has not opened the email. It became obvious that email is necessary since he ...seems to twist words in conference calls. Yesterday in particular he twisted the sequence of a request which would have completely changed the outcome of had it not been clarified by myself. It's obvious to me that he is very inexperienced. It was also frustrating to me that there was other communication within the organization that had not been passed on to him. My brother and myself had to ask him to check into it. Additionally, my brother has had to repeatedly remind him of an important request in answer to OP's attorney.
