Diana Lizette Rodriguez

Diana practices in the firm’s family law group. She has been practicing law for over 15 years. Diana was born to immigrant parents in Los Angeles, California. She attended California State University of Los Angeles and earned her B.A. in Political Science, graduating with Cum Laude honors. She then attended the University of La Verne College of Law and graduated from law school in 2006. That same year she passed the California State Bar Exam and was admitted to the California Bar in December 2006.

In January 2007, Diana joined the Children’s Law Center of California, representing children and parents in the Los Angeles Dependency Court. For more than 10 years, Diana served the most vulnerable in our society: abused and neglected children; making daily appearances at every stage of their court cases, and giving them a voice in court. Dependency practice is an all-encompassing practice that includes an array of legal fields: family law, criminal law, education law, immigration law, and federal laws among the most common. Each case brought its unique set of facts and issues that Diana, as the court-appointed attorney was required to address on her client’s behalf and gain the necessary knowledgeable to advocate for her client’s interest and rights.

After leaving the firm in 2017, Diana began her solo practice in family law. There she put her experience and litigating skills she gained in daily court appearances to practice with clients facing challenging and often frustrating situations. Diana understands and enjoys that the practice of law is very personal and empathizes with clients and their needs. In her practice she sought to be the zealous advocate they needed in court and the counselor they needed to talk it through with.

In this new chapter at Wade Law Group, she continues to be the zealous advocate and patient counselor that clients need in her representation of them.

Diana enjoys spending time cooking, playing and just hanging with her 3 young children, husband and family. She is an active member of her church and enjoys volunteering in the church’s outreach and community food bank, continuing her work in serving the community and those in need.
