Stay away of Legacy Lawyers
After meeting for one hour and cashing the $3500 retainer; David proceeded to create a bunch of draft forms. Replied last October 21, 2013This review was not written by a client of our firm. Nevertheless, this is how we would respond to a client complaint. We have a client relations manager instead of a receptionist. His primary duty is to make sure every client enjoys an exceptional law firm experience. We offer a $250 Peace of Mind guarantee. If after 60 days you don't agree we are the right attorneys for your case, we will give you $250. We follow The Golden Rule in billing time. That is, we bill our time as we would want attorneys representing us in a similar matter to bill their time. Every attorney and staff member knows and practices this policy well. Clients receive a monthly statement detailing services provided and the time spent on each task. Any questionable entry should be brought to our attention within 30 days so it may be quickly addressed. Attorney Phillip Lemmons is available (free of charge) to discuss client concerns. He is client focused and will take reasonable steps to keep clients happy. If any dispute is not resolved in a satisfactory manner, clients are encouraged to request a free fee arbitration hearing. That right is expressed in our retainer agreement.
