I am a Partner at Pratt & Associates with over 25 years of experience in business and commercial litigation. My legal experience includes alternative dispute resolution, Civil Harassment Restraining Orders, and construction defect issues. I have tried cases in Illinois and California State Courts, specializing in property disputes and advising clients on the California Right to Repair Act and the Calderon Act.
