My Experience with Mark Good, atty at law

I'm writing to say what a good experience it was to deal with Mark. I wanted a registered trademark on a name that I had thought of for a brand of wine. Mark assured me that if it wasn't already in use he would be able to do it. He explained what was involved with filing something with the Patent and... Trademark Office of the federal government and told me not to worry about anything. There were a few things that I had to do but he explained them and it was relatively quite easy. He was also able to tell me the exact cost of this so there were no surprises. The process had to follow the course and time prescribed by law but all I had to do, essentially, was wait. Mark kept me informed of the progress. Ultimately I was awarded a registered trademark for a new brand name. I'm quite happy and have absolutely no reservations about recommending him to anyone.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
