My SSN number given to someone else of same name mistakenly by SSN office. Does this merit to file a case against or sue SSN?

I agree with Ms Sinclair but this sounds more like an immigration law question than workers comp. Workers comp is for on the job injuries.
Do I need to file a new or amended DWC1 and Application for Adjudication?
