I have no Worker's Comp because no employee. I am hiring a full-time non-paid student intern. Do I need Worker's Comp?

The 10% gets adjusted for age and occupation. Without doing any of those calculations, the 10% is worth $6,957.50. I don't know where Mr. Corson...

By law, no lawyer can charge you up front. All get paid a per cent of the settlement at the end. This means everyone can afford an attorney....
