You are supposed to see your doctor every 45 days or so. This is not a very strict rule, however.

You're going to pay your attorney a 15% fee even if you fired her this morning. So now you will pay the same fee....you just won't have her...

Most cases at $25,000 and above require additional approval from Medi-Care. They don't want you to settle out your future medical care for cash...

If you have a willing buyer (the insurance company) and a willing seller (you) and you can agree on a price, then yes. If not, then no.
