I had a consultation with Caroline. First, I was immediately surprised when she answered the phone herself. Having been with another agency, it was almost impossible to get the lead attorney on the phone, let alone answer when I called the office! I had wanted to seek a second opinion regarding my cu...stody and divorce case. Things were initially amicable but escalated to very contentious territory quickly when the other side began engaging in parent alienation, and other abuse. Caroline was knowledgeable, explained the entire process and what to expect (which after 6 weeks with another firm I hadn't had explained to me yet), and immediately put me at ease with her smart questions, quick suggestions, and extensive knowledge of the family law system. Caroline treated me in a way that showed she cared about the outcome for my child and myself and all within a free consultation which lasted well over the normal 30-45 minutes offered by other firms.
