OUTCOME: Won motion and appeal

The defendants brought a motion for summary judgment to dismiss the plaintiff's case for wrongful death based on various grounds. I argued and won in the Supreme Court that the case should go to trial ... , and the defendant's appealed to the Appellate Division. I wrote briefs and argued in the Appellate Court, and won at that level as well. The case was then tried by a different attorney, who won a significant judgment for the client.
