OUTCOME: The petition was dismissed in favor of our client

Our office represented the respondent tenant on a matter where the petitioner landlord attempted to terminate the tenant's lease for failing to renew the lease on terms the landlord interpreted as requ ... ired. The court found that a requirement of a declaratory judgment was beyond the Constitutional jurisdiction of the court and dismissed the case in favor of our client, the respondent tenant.
