Biography
I am a graduate of Empire College of Law in Santa Rosa, and have been practicing law since 1979. Initially a partner in the firm of Daniels, Pederson, Passarino & Luty, and I have been a solo practitioner since 1984. I am licensed to practice in all of the Superior Courts of California, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Eastern Districts, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit. I have served as a Settlement Conference Panelist for the Superior Court of Sonoma County for over 25 years and have been a member of Consumer Attorneys of California since 1986. I am rated "BV" by Martindale Hubbell, who receives it's reviews from judges and other attorneys who are familiar with my work.
