I represent employees in wage and hour class action cases as well as dicrimination cases. I also work with Employers in work place disputes, in all aspects of labor and employment matters: wage and hour, discrimination, wrongful termination, ERISA, prevailing wages, public works. I managed my own law firm for 7 years and am a class action litigator, appellate specialist, and mediator. HR Manager
Ellyn was very instrumental in advising us when we were reviewing & revising our employment offer letters, employee handbook and several policies. She was an excellent sounding board when advising us during this project.
"Ellyn has an encyclopedic knowledge of labor and employment law and the reality of the workplace. She has substantial experience in appellate work. I have been co-counsel with her in multiple appellate matters and have had the privilege of attending two of her excellent and successful oral arguments, one of them before the California Supreme Court."
"I endorse this lawyer. In the short time we have worked together, she has shown energy and tenacity in getting our clients what they deserve or taking the appropriate steps to further their matters in litigation--by filing suit, propounding discovery, and deposing the principals."
"Ellyn has a vast amount of experience and expertise with employment matters. I highly recommend her."
"Ellyn is a top notch attorney with vast experience in the employment and labor law areas. She is smart, practical and efficient and is great with people. I recommend Ellyn to clients and endorse her without hesitation."
