After being threatened with false allegations by my opponent, while working with another attorney who was encouraging me to settle, telling me that the opposing party had me on a "technicality" and telling me I did not have any other choices. I did not buy what I was being advised, nor was I going ...to give up until I found another attorney with experience with my situation,and what was really going on.
