Russell H Jackman

I was referred to Alexander Lubarsky by the Bar Association for help with my family law case in San Francisco. Lubarsky handed my case over to his colleague- Russell Jackman. At first, Jackman seemed nice enough and knowledgeable, but as time went by Jackman was not reassuring, he did not make me fee...l confident that we were going to win the case, I had to write my own declaration, he did not provide any legal advice, he did not assist in helping me to remember to provide/file proper documentation prior to my hearing. The worst move Jackman made was to ask me for an additional retainer fee prior to filing my declaration, on top of paying an initial payment to start working on my case. I paid over 7k and I was still PRO PER!!!! (no documentation of legal representation was filed with the court). And I lost my case. Absolutely nothing was changed. I got nothing that I'd proposed to the courts. I am so sorry to say.... Do Not Waste Your Time and MONEY!!!!! I have filed a bar complaint against Russell Jackman!!
