Tommie Wayne Whitener

I used Tommie Whitener back in 2009 for a child support case. I found him both inappropriate and unprofessional. My case was an open and shut case. He both insulted me and botched my case. Filings were not proper and some made without full explanation. There was always a rush to get filings done and ...he would become argumentative when I questioned anything. I found him to be rather rude. I did not live in the state and found that his billing was amazing when I was the one who did all the research. I am an accountant by trade and had all of my paperwork in order and rather than commending me for this he insulted me insinuating that something else was going on with me. I would not recommend this attorney for anything. Complete and utter mistake on my part for not being more proactive in my search for an attorney. Horrible experience with this attorney.
