We are so grateful to Kristin and her team! We purchased a CPO Jaguar F-Pace that turned out to have been in a significant pre-sale accident that was never disclosed to us and that negatively impacted our ability to use the vehicle, resulting in expensive out-of-pocket costs for repairs. After gettin...g the runaround from the dealership we purchased it from, we called Kristin and are so glad we did! Happily we were able to resolve the issue in mediation. Kristin and her team were absolutely wonderful to work with and are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They always responded in a very timely manner and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. We are so happy to have been able to get this resolved, and are so pleased with the outcome of our case!
