Gregory Mark Sheffer

I graduated from Middlebury College in Vermont and Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco.  I became the top litigation associate early in my career while conducting complex litigation trials against big corporate defendants in the tobacco and asbestos industries.  In 2002, I formed a partnership to also prosecute complex environmental actions against companies exposing California citizens and our natural resources to toxic chemicals.  In 2004, frustrated with the lack of personal attention provided to clients in the big firm context, I created my own boutique firm to continue to provide the highest quality representation for individuals who had suffered personal or professional injury as a result of all varieties of negligent conduct.  While many large firms push off most case work to inexperienced associates, I control my case load to allow me to be personally involved in every aspect of every case.  I have an excellent track record of litigation success, with many multi-million dollar verdicts and record recoveries for my clients.  I look forward to speaking with potential new clients regarding how my firm can maximize their recovery of the legal damages to which they are entitiled.
