Satisfied client!
I came to Wayne McIntosh after my first attorney quit my case and told me what I wanted was impossible to get, a restraining order. Wayne took my case and was confident in his ability to win, which he did. I always felt well prepared for court and had faith in Wayne, I never questioned his decisions ...
Jenn, it was my pleasure to assist you to achieve your goals in your case.

This lawyer was disciplined by a state licensing authority in 2010.
Discipline with Actual Suspension issued in CA, 2010
updated on 08/21/2018This sanction means the attorney lost his or her license to practice law for a period of time. The attorney typically returns to practicing law when the suspension expires.
“This was a technical violation of a rule that does not exist for family lawyers. I was found to have a conflicting duty of care to my client and to her ex-husband! No ethics expert can make sense of this and it was a highly unusual case where the decision was contrary to the WeBill case in the Court of Appeal which specifically criticized these types of decisions. Appealed to the CA Supreme Court it was never heard but our lawyers felt we had a very strong case to have it overturned if it had.”
