Admitted to practice in all courts in the State of California, United States District Court for the Northern and Eastern Districts of California, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal, United States District Court for Southern District of Texas. Mr. Boxer has also been admitted Pro Hac Vice to the United States Court for the District of Nevada.

Mr. Boxer served as co-counsel in Valladares v. Madera Quality Nut,

Mr. Boxer served as lead trial counsel in the Vandenberg v. Santa Clara County Fire Department, resulting in a total award of over $400,000.
