Just plainly fair.
Talked to the assistant only when I requested to be contacted via e-mail. Lots of irrelevant questions to be told later that the case does not interest them; it's not a big $$$ case hence the turn down.

Competent crew carried my case to a win without a glitch. My case manager Kim "Kimberly Neal" was proficient & expeditious throughout and it took 6 short months to get my SSDI approval on the very first try. Can't get any better than that. Hats off to Mr. Johnson & his courteous front desk staff also...
