I hired Will to defend me in a battery case levied against me in which the weapon of choice was allegedly a cup of coffee. This allegation put my medical license in serious jeopardy. I have nothing but positive words to say about Mr. Will Morehead. I have learned that he is not only an intelligent mind but more importantly he is a lawyer who truly cares about his client. I was in a difficult situation in its legal proceedings because of falsely accused charges. I got accused of m...ultiple misdemeanor charges which were framed by the other party. I reviewed almost every lawyer with 4 or 5 stars reviews on avvo and tried to find the best one who can genuinely understand the case. I zoomed in a few and interviewed them. Some were not caring for and others were showing off with bravado. Will was exceptional among them. First, he let me tell openly about my situation and he even called the DA office right on the first meeting to check to see if there are any pending charges unknown to me, which made me relieved since I have never been involved in any criminal matters in my entire life. Second, he made copies of my reference documents even before we agreed to work together, which told me that he was ready to start my case without prejudice. Third, he did not promise with false hope, but instead he explained what would be possible options he was aiming at (If any lawyer tells you some guarantee without his/her actual work description, you better be careful because that signals a vain bravado for your money and that would not convey to the court). Last, I believe he has mastered the criminal system, not only because he is a Stanford / Harvard JD graduate / Criminal Law Specialist, but also because he has thoroughly built up his legal career as a long time DA working closely with Judges. My criminal case was handled very well by Will and the DA finally dropped most charges due to proof of evidence problems, and got only one misdemeanor conviction which is minor below.
