Police arrested client shortly thereafter, and the DA charged client with felony child enda ... ngerment and DUI with a prior conviction. After a lengthy jury trial, the jury found client NOT GUILTY of the child endangerment charge and hung 7-5 on the DUI charges, despite the fact that client's blood alcohol level had been measured at a .17, over twice the legal limit. Client was released from custody the same day.
