Michael began his law career at Ropers, Majeski, Kohn, Bentley, Wagner & Kane, focusing on appellate and insurance coverage defense, and later transitioning to complex litigation, including product liability and severe personal injuries. In 1996, he founded the Law Office of Michael O. Lamphere, which eventually became Lamphere Law Offices, specializing in real estate, personal injury, and malpractice litigation.
