attorney

I assisted a family member with getting SSDI benefits due to a serious medical diagnosis. I reached out to Tate after getting a referral from another attorney to help my family member get through the SSDI process. Tate was excellent and I would highly recommend him to anybody in need of an SSDI at...torney. He did a great job explaining the process, keeping in touch, and being caring and empathetic in a difficult time. He's a great guy and my go-to for a referral in this area.

SOCIAL SECURITY BENIFITS

HAMILTON WAS NOT ONLY HELPFUL, HE TOOK THE TIME FOR ME TO CLEARLY UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION BEFORE GOING ANY FARTHER. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO MY CLOSEST FRIENDS AND FAMILY

Highly reccomend him!

There is not enough good things I can say about Hamilton (Tate) Holt. He was extreamly knowledgeable and walked me through the process step by step. Unlike other lawyers I've had in the past, he took time to explainn things to me in a way I could understand. Without his help I dont think I ever woul...d have got the amount I am now collecting from Social Security.

EXCELLENT AND CARING SSDI ATTORNEY

i cannot say enough good things about Mr. Holt. For years I dealt with attorneys that did not care and treated me like just another number. Mr. Holt changed everything. He took my case at the last minute and devoted so much time and energy to my case. He kept me updated on a weekly basis and was alwa...ys knowledgeable and caring. He more than any other attorney I have ever worked with is meant to do what he does by helping people that are disabled. A truly amazing attorney and person!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
