No, you cannot. You pled guilty to an 11550 and you have been sentenced to Prop. 36 and failed it. You can't just go back in and plead to something...

Yes, you are looking at being kicked out of prop. 36 for a third violation, unless the judge finds that you are a good candidate for treatment...

Try calling your local DMV Driver Safety Office. I find they give much better information than the typical clerk at a DMV office. Good luck to you.

Urine tests can take anywhere from a week to several months. Most likely at your arraignment you will find that the DA has not yet filed charges....
