Michelle Lynne Wiederhold

Prior to joining Dimalanta Clark, LLP, my experience primarily rested in the areas of Construction Defect, Personal Injury, Real Estate, Business Formation, and Employment Law. During that time I successfully negotiated settlement for clients in Construction Defect litigation. I have experience in trial preparation and beginning the appellate process, particularly with regard to employment and construction defect lawsuits.

I have a strong record of academic and professional achievements, most recent of which was my graduation from McGeorge School of Law with a certificate in Governmental Affairs. Prior to attending law school, I obtained my Master of Science from Iowa State University and my Bachelor of Science from the University of California at Davis. At Iowa State University, my masters concentrated on periparturient disorders for calving difficulty and other calf related traits in Holsteins, with an emphasis in statistical analysis.

While attending McGeorge School of Law, I worked as a volunteer law clerk in the Attorney General’s Office - Department of Justice, Public Rights Division. While volunteering I was paired with the Agricultural Law section due to my background in Agriculture. I assisted with employment law issues and agricultural commissions, in addition to administrative law pertaining to the California Air Resources Board.

I also obtained a certificate in International Studies while attending the University of Salzburg Faculty of Law located in Austria as well as the State University of St. Petersburg located in Russia. While attending the University of Salzburg Faculty of Law, I studied under Justice Anthony Kennedy on the topic of Studied Fundamental Rights in Europe and the United States. While attending the State University of St. Petersburg, I emphasized my studies in Comparative International Law. I completed courses in International Trade, Russian Business Law, Public International Law, Comparative Antitrust Law, and the Russian language.
