I first met with David while working with my father on his estate and trust (eldest son responsibility). My Dad was very pleased with the years of work David did for he and my Mom, and it was fairly involved with out of state retirements; charitable donations, and several other matters. The brothers ...were reassured because of the meetings we had, and I know Dad has no concerns about his wishes or plans. Because David is so thorough, clear in explaining what's going on, and imparts a strong sense of safety, knowledge and responsibility, my wife and I had David draw up our wills and set up a trust for our boys. If you have assets you want to share, both with family and hopefully philanthropically, take the time and the reasonable cost to have David set you up correctly. A one size fits all template from the web isn't how I want my wishes delivered or my life's work shared. And David is a funny guy. Extremely smart, and nice. I strongly recommend him and his team.

David prepared the estate plan for my husband and I that was quite complicated, dealing with properties in 2 states. He is very knowledgeable and listened to our requests. He guided us in the law, but left the final decisions up to us. We also needed some immediate action for some real estate transac...tions and David responded efficiently and correctly. David prepared a rather complicated Estate Plan for my wife and me.
