This case is still on going and I do not wish to comment on it.

This position concentrated on prevention and meditation. The goal was to stay out of Court and remain in compliance with all of the State and local laws governing a highly regulated industry. When problems came up with customers or suppliers we were successful in solving these issues with mediation. There was also some debt collection I was involved in, but it was mostly small claims issues and then follow up on collecting the judgement.

I spent a year working for an attorney who had such a large solo practice that he had reached the point where he needed someone who was comfortable in Court to make Special Appearances for him.
