Daniel Francisco Lopez

Having worked for Surowitz Immigration, PC since August 2012, I have been one of the primarily responsible attorneys on hundreds of temporary and permanent employment visa cases, with a special focus on H-1B professional visas and PERM Labor Certifications for multinational corporations in the San Francisco area high technology industry. I have also worked with clients in many other sectors, and on varied other matters including E-3 and TN professional visas, and the full permanent residence process including Forms I-140 and I-485. In addition to employment immigration cases, I have worked on a wide range of complex immigration matters including visas for victims of crimes, immigration waivers and motions, and appeals.

Having grown up on United States side of the US-Mexico border, I gained first hand exposure throughout my life with the issues many immigrants face. I received my Juris Doctor degree from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2014, and hold a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. I am a fluent, native speaker of both English and Spanish.
