Amanda Marie Prasuhn

I am an environmental attorney focused on California and federal litigation on oceans and land use issues. Primarily using the National Environmental Policy Act, the California Environmental Quality Act, the Endangered Species Act, and the Administrative Procedure Act, I have litigated, commented on, and researched highway development and expansion projects, offshore oil and gas, underwater seismic surveys, and other threats to endangered species and marine mammals.

I care deeply about public lands, threatened species and pristine habitats, human health, defending and empowering low-income and minority communities, social justice, women's rights, and reproductive health. I prefer working in the public interest realm.
