I represent many landlords and i have also represented many tenants. I have been involved in all cases of transactions and litigation, from forming single entity limited liability companies to dissolving limited partnerships, drafting commercial, residential and mobile home park leases, handling and defending evictions, resisting foreclosures, litigating deeds of trusts, etc.

I represent many clients in different kinds of business, including fashion, restaurants and cafes, copying and printing, service providers, contractors, etc. Services include forming and maintaining corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships, contract and lease litigation, lease and contract negotiations, employment issues, etc. .

I have drafted Wills and Trusts for many clients, including forming family business organizations and grantor trusts. I have also handled many probates, including contested matters, so i understand the issues that arise when the estate plan is actually used.

I hve handled and tried many personal injury cases, including claims arising from motor vehicle accidents, slip & falls, and product liability. This was previously the focus of my practice. For a variety of reasons, i do not do as much personal injury as i did in the past, but I still have the trial and settlement skills developed over many years.
