Joyce C Sasse

Joyce Sasse represented my 19 year old son who is now serving time in a Ca state prison. This woman is truley heartless and has no compassion for her clients or their families. I think the District Attorney had more compassion for my son. She said my son was guilty from the begining. I thought that a...s a defense attorney she would have tried to defend my son no matter what the circumstances were but instead she said that he was a bad person and maybe he deserved to go to prison. I told her as a mother try and understand where I was coming from and that I was very stressed out behind everything. She inturn told me to go see a therapist because she did not have time to hear my crying. There are so many more negative things I can say about her. At this point I just want any and everyone to be warned about her. She will not fight for you. She is very heartless.

From Joyce I learned: 1. Never choose a lawyer from the yellow pages 2. Yes it is odd when your lawyer yells at you for calling her cell phone, asking how you got the number, and charges you for the scolding-but does not hear the fact that your kids have been moved against the judges order. 3. ALW...AYS audit your bills. She billed through that retainer like she had 50 lawyers on it, and charged me for an appearance she didn't show up at, and for phone calls that were fabricated. 4. You can fire your attorney anytime.
