August 27/2012 uscis received my 1821 D and my 1765 application. I did my biometrics in september 24th.

Normally I say to be patient since CIS is receiving so many applications, but 7 months seems a bit long. Maybe do an Infopass.

You can help your baby's father only if you are married to him. You need to obtain a divorce from your current husband first.
