My L2 EAD extension got denied on 3rd Jan ' 13 . I am still waiting for denial notice from USCIS.
Need suggestion.

FIle a new application. You must have the EAD in order to work legally.

Is it easier to get f1 visa stamped from canada or mexico then trying it from home country.

There is always a chance but if you have a recently endorsed I20 from the school you should be ok.
