Collecting welfare when you are not entitled to it is fraud. She can be deported simply for being here unlawfully. if she is convicted of fraud...

I would say no since DUI is considered a serious misdemeanor.

Assuming you are a US citizen you can petition for them once you are 21. Under the current law they would have to leave the country and reenter...
