Biography
I have been practicing law in Berkeley since 1982. I was a Commissioner on the Berkeley Rent Stabilization Board in the 1980's.
Since then I have focussed my practice on landlord representation in legal matters in Berkeley and Oakland. I am very knowledgeable of Berkeley and Oakland Rent and Eviction Control matters.
I tend to take and get referred the more difficult cases involving nuisance tenants, owner move-ins and Ellis Act matters.
