Mark is one of the country's leading voices on termination rights under the Copyright Act, the rights that allow artists to get their copyrights back after they've assigned them.
He works with creative people and businesses, often from their inception. He writes and reviews their membership agreements, employment agreements, service contracts, trademark applications, and everything else they need to thrive.
For the right clients, the firm will take on litigation to protect rights. Mark has been litigating in state and federal courts in California and New York for 15 years.
