I have been helping families stay together for over 15 years. Our office emphasizes family-based immigration ("marriage visas" and other family matters) for all couples, including LGBT. My other practice areas include: deferred action for DREAMers, asylum law, particularly in groundbreaking areas such as LGBT ("gay asylum") and domestic violence, I-601 waivers and I-601A provisional waivers, and bringing family from abroad via fiance and immigrant visa petitions.
