Deborah Rose Jacobson

Deborah Jacobson is a very unique lawyer. It is rare to find so many exceptional qualities in one person. She is able to assess what is realistic and what she will be able to accomplish. She is very smart, dedicated, persistent and results oriented. At the same time, she is compassionate, kind a...nd patient. She never gives up and fights for what she knows those whom she represents are entitled to get under the law, in spite of the enormous opposition from the district. As far as I know, Deborah never lost a case she agreed to fight for. My daughter has special needs and we were repeatedly denied by the district those services which my daughter badly needed. This left us without any hope of support or assistance. Deborah was able to get the district to provide financial support for the placement of my daughter in a special school. When it turned out that the school could not actually support my daughter, Deborah did not give up and was able to go back to the district and get financial support for another placement in an out-of-state therapeutic school better suited to my daughter's needs. During this process, Deborah was always available and caring. I am incredibly lucky to have found her and have her be the lawyer representing my daughter. February, 2017
