About Darryl
Biography
I am the former managing partner of Coleman & Horowitt, LLP, LLP, a litigation and transactions firm with offices in Los Angeles, Fresno, Visalia, Bakersfield, Sonora and Orange County (Irvine), California, and am a trial attorney and mediator/arbitrator in the firm's litigation department. I have conducted all phases of litigtion in the areas of complex litigation, banking, real estate, commercial, and construction litigation. In this capacity, I have served as lead counsel in numerous trials (both court and jury trials) as well as arbitrations and mediations. I also represent clients in alternative dispute resolution as well as serve as a neutral in arbitrations, mediations and early neutral evaluations, both privately and on behalf of organizations such as FINRA, the Superior Courts of Fresno and Madera Counties, and the Disptue Resolution Center of the Central California Better Business Bureau.
