Andy Katz

Initially my contact with Andy was great. After I explained to him my situation he was able to take it apart and analyze it form stand points of all responsible parties. That was great. I learned a lot from conversation with him. My situation wasn't clean cut a winning case in the area that Andy was ...familiar with so he asked me to send additional info and he said that he will talk to other people and see what could be done in my case. He said right away that most likely it won't be a contingency fee kind of case, but he will think about what he can do and how much it will cost me. I was all up for paying him for services so I gathered up additional info and sent it to him next business day. And he hasn't responded. AT ALL. I sent follow ups once week for several weeks but he hasn't gotten back to me with ANYTHING. Just silence. Super unprofessional.

Systematically failed at every step of the entire process. Nearly zero preparation for the deposition. Zero communication without being repeatedly prompted. Preventable delays were a regular occurrence. After one year into the process, I discovered that Mr. Katz was unaware that he was (mistakenly) s...uing for a lesser settlement amount than was originally being offered by the Defense. I cannot understand how this individual makes a living at this. Extremely disappointed.
