Dylan M. Tarnoff

Dylan came referred to me by the fertility clinic I used to complete a known sperm donor agreement. In short, he has been simply wonderful on all fronts and gone above-and-beyond in fulfilling the actual counselor role when there was a medical incident. There were unique nuances to the agreement, and... a few changes back and forth until everyone was happy. Dylan was prompt, thorough and best of all a warm human during a stressful process with a great sense of humor to lighten things up. When I saw the initial draft that addressed and referred multiple times to existing case law in a burgeoning and ever-changing field, I had a sense of confidence (and crash course in reproductive law) that this was as ironclad as could be at this time. During the review of requested changes, it was actually a “fun” time as we discussed possibilities and situations. If you find yourself needing Dylan’s help, know that he has your back and will advocate for you in a balanced manner. Although I initially tried to use only 1 attorney for both parties, I found that anyone I spoke with required representation for each party. This makes sense in the long run in case there are any disputes that everyone had their own counsel looking out for their best interests. Dylan was very understanding of the back-and-forth and didn’t hold it against me when I returned chastened. Such a professional class act!
