Winston W. Moody

Winston W. Moody is an Associate with Gwilliam Ivary Chiosso Cavalli & Brewer, APC. His practice focuses on all aspects of employment law, personal injury and civil litigation.

Winston earned his B.S.B.A. in economics at the University of West Florida. He earned his J.D. at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. During law school, Winston served as Gwilliam Ivary’s law clerk, representing plaintiffs in employment law matters. Prior to returning to Gwilliam Ivary, Winston represented plaintiffs in personal injury cases in the Sacramento area. He also worked as an Associate in the Civil Litigation Department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC in Sacramento, CA. Winston is licensed to practice law in California state courts.
