I am a woman and she does not have concern for another woman (me). 1. She is always on vacations. 2. It is so hard to get a reply from her. 3. Even after emailing 6 times (for three months), she did not send the judgment papers. I was thinking the judgment did not arrive yet. After 3 months she ...just emailed that "She thought she sent the email" 5. Irresponsible lawyer ever.

The worst lawyer you could hire for your divorce. She is a lifestyle lawyer - constantly on vacation and does not care. She is incompetent - and easily intimidated by her opposing counsel. After I fired her - the next time in court the opposing attorney said, "He fired her because she used to agree w...ith everything I said." This lawyer cost me loads of money as she made all the wrong decisions and hurt my kids as even when they gave their testimonies - she could not take action as she "was listening to the opposing attorney who was like her friend."

I agree completely with the review commenting on unresponsiveness of the lawyer. She stated she was reviewing documents, filing paperwork on certain dates and I would find out later when I would reach out to communicate with her that she has not completed anything. She lacked communication and did no...t follow through on her word. Divorce is already a stressful process and she has made it more stressful. She is unreliable and does not prioritize your case until you are on her case about it. She continued to charge me on a monthly basis for nothing. I would not recommend her to anyone. Compared to other cases, my case was pretty straightforward and yet she is not getting the job done. I am not happy at all with the services. Very poor customer service.

I hired her 2.5 years ago. I didnt know about Avvo.com at that time and after seearching, I hired her. I was new to this country and was in an abusive marriage. It was the 1st time I ever hired a lawyer. She took the retainer and initially was very nice. My ex and his family wanted to come and threat...en me for hiring a lawyer and asking for my fair share of alimony. I requested her many times about what my rights are to get a restraining order against my ex and his family as I was alone in this country and didn't know how to protect myself. She didn't respond for a week. That too, I had to go through her associate and not her directly. I never got a response on time. I would be billed for everything though. Even though I didn't have a job or money with me at that time(I was a housewife). After so many attempts to try to get her to respond , I had enough and looked for other attorneys and found my current one. My case is very simple, it was just the financial part that needed dividing. Short marriage, no kids, no liabilities, just financial divorce, yet she gave me such a hard time in an already hart time. I am so glad I fired her and hired my new attorney. When I sent her the email that I want to substitute her, she was very very prompt to respond and even call me and act like she was on top of things but she lagged again, this time i told her no more,and fired her. So glad I did. My current lawyer is very responsive and alert and prompt and very professional. I would not advise her to anyone. She definitely made my initial days of divorce pretty stressful. She and her associated ate up my retainer as well.
