quick, compassionate business lawyer
I needed someone who could help me talk through a very contentious LLC sale. Have you ever needed to sell your ex your 50% of the company that you slaved over for 2 years? It's not a fun situation but Ryan made it tolerable. He's a true expert and highly emotionally intelligent.

LLC Agreement
