Neil Kripalani

I am Of Counsel to the firm and a member of its Business and Transactions Practice Group. Before joining the firm, I was General Manager of MemoryTen, a Santa Clara, California-based memory chip distributor and manufacturer. I have held positions of CFO for venture backed enterprise software companies and large manufacturing organizations. My business experience includes in-depth implementation of "lean" and "cellular" processes in manufacturing organizations. I have also had significant experience in corporate financial valuations, business consulting and merger and acquisition transactions.

I have extensive experience with technology start-ups and experience in helping real estate investors structure corporate, partnership and limited liability company entities. I help companies protect their assets from plaintiffs and creditors by focusing on structuring asset ownership, business entities, and employing risk mitigation strategies.

I focus on legal audits and assisting entrepreneurs and start-ups with all aspects of their legal needs including financing transactions with angel and venture capital investors. My broad managerial and consulting background is a plus for helping organizations develop and sharpen their legal strategies.
