Matt took us all the way to trial and won. Many times my family wondered whether the painful litigation, lasting several years, was worth the effort. This process is full of grief. In our instance, the defendant was held in contempt by the court for refusing to appear, show cause or produce records. ...Our litigation involved fraud by concealment in a commercial real estate transaction & a substantial amount of money - $100's of thousands of dollars.
