Jeffrey Michael Allen

We have a general civil practice that emphasizes real estate and business transactions and litigation. We also provide business advice and counsel, estate planning, wills and trust litigation and provide arbitration and mediation services.

We handle the negotiation and documentation of leases and other tenancy-related issues, including unlawful detainers.

Jeffrey Allen has an active and varied mediation practice. He works as a mediator in addition to handling mediations for clients. As a mediator he has worked with disputes relating to personal injury, contract, business, real property, construction and other areas.

We handle business formation including corporations, LLCs, partnerships and proprietorships.

Mr. Allen has worked as an arbitrator for many years, handling a variety of business, real estate, personal injury, tort and security matters as an arbitrator. He also represents clients in arbitration disputes, usually with respect to business or real estate related matters.
